We know you are excited to get your purchase, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

IS DELIVERY FREE?

Delivery is free on all orders. 

Due to having extra stock we have two warehouses, as a result some of the orders may arrive in different times. 

We are unable to deliver to the following areas:

  • Alaska, Hawaii and territories outside of the United States, such as the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Box addresses

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PRODUCT?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
The estimated delivery time is 4-15 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and you can check the order logistics information through our order tracking page. The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

Affected by Covid-19, there would be some delay on the delivery.  In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as a large number of orders, please allow us to take additional time to process the order. We will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity if we anticipate an order delay.

Shipping time:

1. We have warehouses in the United States and Australia, which can be delivered to you directly and quickly!

2. Most free shipping takes about 4-15 days to arrive, depending on the country you ship to. If you need expedited speed, please contact us. Satisfying you is our constant pursuit!

Please note that if you place your order on Friday after 2 pm, we will process and dispatch your order on Monday.

 

Shipment Carriers 

Our current primary shipping carriers are UPS and USPS.

 

Disclaimers

We are not responsible for any damaged or lost in transit products. If you find that your shipment is damaged or missing when you sign for it, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer support@powerflextools.com. we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
